Bulldog
The classic palm drop point hunter. Where most students start.

StylePalm drop point hunter
Best ForHunting, EDC, general use
Standard Difficulty
The Bulldog is a palm-sized drop point hunter with flowing curves that make it forgiving on the grinder. It's the model most students start with because the curves grind naturally and the proportions are balanced. Available as a pre-made 1084 blank in group classes or from scratch in 1-on-1 sessions.
Falcon
Tanto-style blade. Sharp lines, precise grinds.

StyleTanto-style
Best ForTactical, utility, collectors
Intermediate Difficulty
The Falcon is a tanto-inspired blade with straight lines and a sharp transition at the tip. It's harder to grind than the Bulldog because straight edges are less forgiving on the grinder than curves — any wobble shows. A good step up for students who want a challenge or prefer the tactical look. Available in group classes and 1-on-1 sessions.
Badger
Compact and capable. Big performance, small package.

Blade3.5 inches

StyleCompact utility
Best ForEDC, camp prep, gift knives
Standard Difficulty
The Badger packs a generous 4.5-inch handle behind a 3.5-inch blade — comfortable in the hand with a blade that punches above its size. Standard difficulty, great for students who want a compact everyday knife or something they can gift. Available in group classes and 1-on-1 sessions.
Defender
The flagship. Fuller, switch, intricate handle. A two-day build.

This is a two-day build minimum and is only available in 1-on-1 sessions. The Defender is for students who want to push their limits and create something truly exceptional.
