In the event of a manufacturing defect, AZCK Ltd. will replace the defective product within 1 year of the purchase date. If injury or damage is done to the knife through improper use or lack of care, AZCK Ltd. assumes no responsibility and will not replace the damaged product. The original purchased product must be surrendered before replacement product is issued. If we are no longer carrying the product that needs to be replaced, a product of equivalent value in a similar style will be provided. Custom orders come with a lifetime guarantee and lifetime sharpening service.

Retail products may be returned within 7 days of being purchased if they are unused and in their original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will apply. Custom orders of any kind are final sale.
