By dropping off items for sharpening or restoration at AZ Custom Knives Ltd ("AZCK"), I acknowledge that the process involves grinding, honing, and material removal which may alter the blade profile. I accept that while every care is taken, minor cosmetic changes may occur during professional sharpening.
AZCK is not liable for pre-existing damage, defects in the blade, or items left beyond 30 days of completion notification. Items unclaimed after 30 days of notification may be donated or disposed of at AZCK's discretion.
I confirm that the items I am dropping off are my property or that I have full authority to authorize work on them. I accept responsibility for ensuring items are safe to handle and do not present unusual hazards.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
