About the event
This 3-4 hour intensive class will include a take-home kit + an AZCK Sharpening Syllabus ($110+ value) and focus on the theory and practical techniques used to properly and effectively sharpen. Multiple sharpening techniques will be covered, but the practical application will be using a whetstone system. All you need to bring is a knife to practice on!
Our goal is to provide you with clear and accurate knowledge that can be applied to a variety of sharpening tasks; once you understand WHAT needs to be done, you will understand HOW you need to approach your task. We promise you will leave with a VERY sharp knife and much more confidence.
